To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a current, valid CCIE in Voice and solid engineering experience with current Cisco technologies, particularly voice and security. Diverse challenges by day, home for dinner at night

You'll be involved in a variety of projects for clients in a variety of industries, ranging from a one-day installation of a couple of appliances to a complete corporate infrastructure build-out. We currently have several projects, each of which involves 20+ sites; one involves 74 sites, a complete overhaul of the data center, and more.

While you should expect to spend 25% to 30% of your time in the field, overnight trips will be rare, probably less than once a month. We are proactive about minimizing both field time and travel, such as by doing configuration in our own offices prior to a rollout. At the same time, as you might expect, we'll look to you to be flexible in your schedule regarding occasional evenings/weekends.

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will invest the larger part of your time in individual contributor activities, primarily project oriented but also some break/fix, maintenance, and support.
